The Role:
– Actively manage referencing applications to ensure timely report generation in line with our KPIs.
– Help tenants secure their ideal home by consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets.
– Provide professional and accurate support to our customers via phone, live chat, and email, with a high level of care and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:
– Previous experience in a fast-paced, target-driven contact centre is essential. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants without this background.
– A customer-first mindset with the ability to quickly understand and respond to different customer needs.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies easily.
Bonus Points If You Have:
– Experience conducting credit or ID checks, or a background in the lettings industry.
– Excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
