About the Role
We are looking for a Principal AI / Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development and deployment of AI models that drive our cybersecurity platform. This is a unique opportunity to shape the architecture of an innovative product at the intersection of AI, networking, and security.

Key Responsibilities

– Design and build comprehensive machine learning pipelines for cybersecurity applications (EDR/XDR/NDR).
– Create models that identify, prevent, and respond to advanced cyber threats using deep learning, generative AI, and NLP.
– Conduct large-scale experiments to assess AI-based threat detection methods.
– Use modern ML tools (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers) to process structured and unstructured security data.
– Collaborate with product, engineering, and threat research teams to turn domain knowledge into production-ready models.
– Lead technical research and stay updated on the latest AI developments in cybersecurity.
– Help design the core ML platform, including data pipelines, training/inference infrastructure, and monitoring tools.

What We’re Looking For

– 7+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 3 years applying AI in cybersecurity or infrastructure.
– Strong background in ML model development, particularly in anomaly detection, time-series analysis, and NLP.
– Experience with cybersecurity data (e.g., endpoint, network, or cloud telemetry) is a big plus.
– Solid understanding of EDR/XDR/NDR technologies, networking protocols, and cloud platforms.
– Skilled in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.
– Proven track record of deploying ML models from prototype to production.
– Familiar with MLOps practices and cloud-native environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
– MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
