What you’ll do:

– Partner directly with the co-founder on high-priority business challenges and opportunities.
– Lead new initiatives from idea to execution across strategy, operations, product, and commercial areas.
– Design and improve internal processes to boost efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.
– Brainstorm and launch new product lines and services, working with teams across the company.
– Solve strategic and commercial problems to uncover new growth opportunities.
– Analyze complex datasets to inform key decisions.
– Identify inefficiencies in cost, customer experience, and team operations, and propose bold, data-driven solutions.
– Adapt quickly, take on multiple roles, and thrive in uncertain environments.

What you bring:
