We are seeking a Creative Director to lead the development and storytelling of branded video content that establishes Binance as the most trusted, engaging, and culturally relevant brand in crypto and Web3. This role involves overseeing a variety of video formats—from short insights to long-form explainers, interviews, and campaign-driven narratives—while shaping the visual and editorial direction. It’s a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who combines editorial expertise with creative vision, capable of managing cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver bold and impactful content. You’ll work closely with writers, art directors, motion designers, agencies, and producers to ensure a consistent and compelling message across all formats.
Responsibilities
Creative & Editorial Direction:
– Lead the end-to-end creative process for branded video content, from concept to final execution.
– Develop editorial themes, narrative structures, and creative approaches across various video lengths.
– Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
– Work with writers, designers, and motion teams to bring ideas to life with clarity and creativity.
– Coordinate with producers, marketing, communications, and regional teams to ensure content is strategically and culturally relevant.
– Collaborate with external creators, production teams, and agencies to scale content globally.
Innovation & Creative Growth:
– Drive innovation in storytelling formats and platform-specific content.
– Explore the use of 3D motion, AI tools, and emerging technologies in content creation.
– Continuously improve creative workflows to balance speed, quality, and strategic goals.
Team Leadership & Quality Control:
– Lead a small team of creatives working across different formats.
– Uphold high standards in storytelling, design, and brand representation.
– Oversee the development of scripts, storyboards, treatments, and post-production deliverables.
Requirements
– 10+ years in creative or content leadership roles, particularly in brand storytelling, editorial, or digital video.
– Strong background in writing or content strategy with a keen sense for narrative and messaging.
– Proven ability to lead creative teams and deliver high-quality, multi-format content.
– Skilled in both verbal and visual aspects of creative development, from concept to final product.
– Comfortable working with production, editorial, and motion design teams.
– Experience in crypto, fintech, or other complex technical industries is a plus.
– Familiarity with 3D/motion graphics and AI-driven storytelling tools is highly desirable.
