We’re hiring a Talent Sourcer to help us find top-tier candidates for high-impact roles across the company. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in identifying and engaging top talent, especially for technical positions, and will work closely with recruiters to ensure a smooth transition once candidates are qualified. This is a high-responsibility role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building exceptional teams.
What you’ll do:
– Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
– Implement a data-driven, process-oriented sourcing strategy
– Identify and engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Lever, GitHub, and other creative channels
– Write personalized outreach messages to increase response rates and candidate interest
– Manage multiple candidate pipelines and keep progress updated in Lever
– Deliver a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure smooth handoffs to recruiters
– Stay up to date on sourcing tools, strategies, and best practices to improve performance
What you’ll need:
– 2+ years of experience sourcing top talent, especially for technical or hard-to-fill roles
– Proven track record of finding talent for high-impact technical positions
– Ability to build and manage strong candidate pipelines while staying organized and responsive
– Skilled at crafting compelling outreach messages that attract candidate interest
– Proficient with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever, and open to exploring new sourcing platforms
– Experience working closely with recruiters and hiring teams to align on candidate profiles and search strategies
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
