This role oversees all Sales Operations tools and technologies, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce and its integrated tools, to support the company’s revenue objectives. As the subject matter expert for all Revenue Operations tools, this position will streamline processes, document procedures, optimize workflows, and ensure data accuracy to enhance productivity and forecasting.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain Salesforce, recommending enhancements and new workflows to align Sales operations with business needs.
– Design, test, and manage Salesforce workflows, user profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security settings.
– Oversee all tools integrated with Salesforce used by Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity.
– Manage CPQ pricing, product configurations, and rules.
– Improve workflow efficiency from lead generation to customer acquisition and renewals using data and technology.
– Gain deep understanding of business processes to identify inefficiencies and improve the revenue cycle.
– Provide training and technical support for Salesforce, Apollo, Loopio, and other Sales tools.
– Regularly evaluate the tech stack to ensure efficiency and eliminate redundancies.
– Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and policies.
– Adhere to privacy, security, and confidentiality policies.
– Handle all confidential information with strict discretion, using it only as required for job responsibilities. Misuse may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience (preferably in healthcare technology).
– 3+ years of experience building and managing Salesforce reports and supporting a modern tech stack.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Deep knowledge of Salesforce, including workflow development, system integration, and data analysis.
– Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification (or in progress) preferred.
– Experience with Loopio, ZoomInfo, Netsuite, and/or Klient is a plus.
