Job Summary:
The UX Researcher plays a key role in shaping our products by conducting research, usability testing, and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data. This work supports the Product and UX teams in creating more intuitive and effective user experiences.

Responsibilities:

– Lead user research activities including discovery, validation, persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing. Ensure feedback is unbiased and standardized. Provide leadership to researchers and designers as needed.
– Facilitate or contribute to design workshops to develop data-driven solutions. Define project needs and methodologies, and clearly communicate strategic decisions to stakeholders.
– Analyze and synthesize user data from calls and other sources to generate actionable insights for Product, UX Design, and Engineering teams.
– Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, customer success, data science, and customer insights teams to deepen understanding of user personas, journeys, and use cases.
– Present research findings to leadership and stakeholders, support Product Managers and UX Designers in applying research best practices.

Key Qualifications:

– Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong UX research skills and a passion for impactful work.
– Proven ability to work collaboratively across roles to promote user-centered outcomes.
– Bachelor’s degree in psychology, statistics, human-computer interaction, information systems, or a related field.
– Experience in a UX research or similar role with a strong focus on customer needs.
– Skilled in translating user feedback into insights that inform decision-making across diverse audiences.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and present alternative approaches.
– Proficiency in research tools such as Dovetail, Optimal, UserZoom, UserTesting, SurveyMonkey, and analytics platforms like Pendo, Splunk, Matomo, or Google Analytics.
– Familiarity with design tools including Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Compensation:
$45 – $60 per hour. This role is not eligible for overtime. Base salary is one part of our comprehensive total rewards package.
