Who You Are
– Have 2–3 years of experience in a creative, production, or marketing role, either at an agency or in-house.
– Understand creative development and production workflows (including design, content, and video), and can manage multiple projects at once.
– Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable working with creatives and stakeholders.
– Proficient in project management tools such as Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
– Familiar with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack.
What You’ll Do
– Duration: Mid-June 2025 through December 2025.
– Assist project leads in managing daily creative workflows across design, copywriting, video, and production.
– Monitor timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure assets are delivered on time and align with campaign objectives.
– Maintain project trackers, resource calendars, and intake forms to enhance team coordination and visibility.
– Route creative assets for feedback and approvals, and compile stakeholder input.
– Support with resource planning, file organization, and asset management using various creative tools and platforms.
– Organize team meetings, prepare agendas, document recaps, and follow up on action items to maintain project momentum.
– Collaborate with producers to assist with logistics for photo, video, and user-generated content shoots during pre- and post-production.
Preferred Qualifications
– Knowledge of asset specifications for digital platforms including social media, email, e-commerce, and paid advertising.
– Familiarity with production planning documents such as shot lists, call sheets, and pre-production materials.
– Interest in developing a career as a creative producer or project manager.
Compensation
$28–$30 per hour
The listed pay range includes salary and commission. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
