As a Shift Leader at our Harlem location at 17 W 125th Street, New York, NY 10027, you’ll take charge of the bakery during your shift, whether it’s day or night. You’ll anticipate business needs and lead by example through hands-on involvement in order preparation, upselling, baking, and customer interaction. Your leadership helps ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and productive shift for the entire team.

As a Shift Leader, your responsibilities will include:

– Delivering excellent customer service and high-quality products throughout the guest experience
– Supporting store operations during your shift by sharing important updates, monitoring efficiency, ensuring team accountability, and helping train and coach team members
– Assigning and managing tasks such as baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the team
– Collaborating with and supporting the Cookie Crew
– Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and following proper food safety procedures
– Managing cash handling and deposits

Preferred qualifications and experience:

– At least one year of customer service experience
– Familiarity with Point of Sale systems
– Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
– Friendly, outgoing, and patient demeanor
– Detail-oriented and goal-driven
– Ability to lead and inspire a team
– Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
– Authorized to work in the U.S.
– Must be at least 18 years old

Pay: $16.50 – $17.50 per hour
