We’re seeking a commercially savvy, technically skilled CRM Specialist to boost customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through smart, data-informed campaigns.
You’ll manage the full lifecycle of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app), working closely with teams across growth, trading, and analytics to ensure every message makes an impact.

What You’ll Do:
– Plan, execute, QA, and report on multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app).
– Leverage customer and behavioral data to personalize messages and improve journeys across lifecycle stages (new, returning, lapsed).
– Partner with commercial and category teams to align CRM efforts with key promotions and trading events.
– Build and refine automated journeys using logic like decision splits, delays, entry/exit rules, and dynamic content.
– Craft compelling, brand-aligned copy tailored to different customer segments.
– Support A/B testing and experimentation to boost key performance indicators like open, click-through, and conversion rates.
– Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and share learnings to guide future strategy.
– Assist the CRM Lead in testing and rolling out new features and automation enhancements.
What You’ll Bring:
– 2–4 years of experience in CRM, email, or digital marketing (ideally in e-commerce, retail, or quick commerce).
– Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Braze, Klaviyo, or Customer.io.
– Strong data skills for audience segmentation and campaign analysis.
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
– A commercial mindset with a passion for driving business results.
– Strong writing and collaboration skills.
– Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting.
– Experience with A/B testing and optimizing customer journeys.
– Familiarity with data tools such as Looker or Tableau.
– A creative flair for messaging that resonates with customers.
