You’ll be part of a team of 900+ professionals across three continents, working to create a pain-free world powered by AI and enhanced by human care.

In this role, you’ll help design a cutting-edge digital mental health experience based on evidence-based practices. You’ll shape the structure and strategy of a therapeutic program, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn clinical insights into an engaging and effective user journey. Your work will help build a scalable solution that meaningfully supports mental well-being.

What you’ll do:

– Design the framework and flow of a behavioral science-based mental health program
– Develop content across various learning formats
– Ensure all materials are clinically accurate, engaging, and accessible
– Guide the pacing and progression of the therapeutic experience
– Collaborate with clinical, content, and product teams to align on program objectives
– Help define metrics to measure program success

What you’ll need:

– PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology with a strong background in behavioral therapies
– Unrestricted license (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist) with no disciplinary history
– At least 3 years of independent clinical experience with adults
– Expertise in traditional CBT
– Experience treating chronic pain and understanding its psychological aspects
– Familiarity with digital or telehealth platforms
– Availability for project-based contract work

Preferred qualifications:

– Experience creating content for diverse learning styles
– Background in integrating physical and mental health in program design
– Experience developing mindfulness and relaxation exercises
