Job Title: Guest Services Agent

About Us
We’re a hotel and Airbnb management company based in New York City, with a fully remote team located around the world (we embraced remote work before it became popular!). Since our founding in 2015, we’ve successfully navigated the challenges of the pandemic and are now back on a growth path.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a standout team member to join our guest and booking services department. Your main responsibilities will include responding to guest inquiries, verifying and managing booking requests, and providing overall guest support. Since the volume of guest communication is relatively low, you’ll also assist with administrative, marketing, sales, or research tasks based on your skills and interests.

Work Schedule
You’ll be expected to work from your computer Monday through Thursday and monitor calls and messages via your phone from Friday to Sunday. Please include details of your hotel or Airbnb guest services experience when applying.

– Shift: 12pm – 8pm NYC time

Compensation
$1,250 – $2,500 per month, depending on experience.

Requirements

– Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or Airbnb guest services
– Reliable internet connection with at least 30 Mbps speed
– Backup internet and power source in case of outages
– Laptop and smartphone compatible with the latest versions of iGMS and Line2
– Calm, quick-thinking, and creative under pressure
– Ability to multitask across various projects

Bonus Skills (let us know if you have any):

– Experience with social media
– Sales background
– Marketing knowledge
– Real estate research experience
– Fluency in Spanish, Hebrew, or German

Please note: We require a minimum of 5 years of hotel or Airbnb experience. After a one-week training period, you’ll be expected to work independently, and the learning curve is too steep without prior experience.
