What you’ll be doing:

Helping customers understand their bills, meters, and tariffs—no jargon, no confusion.

From billing issues to meter problems, you’ll find the best solution quickly and efficiently.
📞 Handling queries from start to finish
Whether by phone or email, you’ll manage the full customer journey—including complaints—making sure they get the right help the first time.

About the role:
Location – Remote
Start date – ASAP
Salary – £24,900
Hours – 37.5 per week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Here’s what to expect from our hiring process:
First Interview – Chat with our team or record your answers to pre-set questions at your convenience.
Prep Call – A Talent Team member will walk you through what to expect for the Discovery Day.
Discovery Day – Meet future teammates and take part in group tasks, role plays, and interviews. It’s a great way to get a feel for our culture and the role.
Final Interview – A remote interview with two of our leaders, where you can ask any final questions.
