Profitable Painter CPA is a rapidly expanding U.S.-based CPA firm that currently supports over 175 painting contractors. We’ve recently introduced Automation for Painters—a new service designed to help painting businesses optimize their operations using tools like HighLevel, Zapier, Notion, and more. We’re seeking a technically proficient and reliable automation specialist to assist both our internal team and our painting contractor clients.

What You’ll Do

– Create and maintain automations in Zapier and HighLevel to improve processes for sales, follow-ups, scheduling, and administration
– Build custom dashboards and organize documentation in Notion
– Diagnose and resolve automation issues across both client and internal systems
– Support painting contractors in setting up and optimizing their HighLevel and Zapier workflows
– Collaborate with our operations and accounting teams to automate repetitive tasks and minimize manual work
– Communicate clearly and professionally in English with clients and team members

Must-Have Qualifications

– Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time hours
– Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
– Demonstrated experience with Zapier, HighLevel (GoHighLevel), and Notion
– Quick learner who enjoys problem-solving and improving systems
– Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
– Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote work setup

Bonus Points For

– Experience with CRMs, scheduling software, QuickBooks, or Gusto
– Basic understanding of APIs or ability to interpret technical documentation
– Background working with U.S. small businesses or trades (e.g., painting, plumbing)
– Ability to create short Loom videos to explain systems to clients
