As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the trusted guide for customers starting their journey with TeamSnap. Whether they’re new to the platform or exploring new features like sponsorships or coaching tools, you’ll help them get started and make the most of our offerings. Your goal is to ensure they’re not only set up for success but also enthusiastic about using everything TeamSnap has to offer. This role is perfect for someone who can juggle multiple tasks, build quick rapport, and collaborate with Sales and Success teams.

What You’ll Do:

– Deliver an outstanding customer experience by leading onboarding and strategy sessions, helping with setup, and supporting customers as they get familiar with TeamSnap.
– Use your strong interpersonal skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored training, setup advice, and best practices to help them succeed.
– Handle various operational tasks via Salesforce, such as scheduling meetings, tracking customer progress, following up on communications, and preparing customers for launch.

What Will Help You Succeed:

– A friendly, can-do attitude and a willingness to support customers and teammates.
– A solid understanding of TeamSnap’s products and how to use them effectively.
– A passion for helping others and working together to ensure customer engagement.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Experience working in SaaS environments.

Compensation
We’re dedicated to fair pay for all TeamSnappers. The starting salary for this role is at least $55,000, including base and commission. Compensation is adjusted based on experience, skills, certifications, and location.

TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you’ll need to be comfortable working across time zones. While we’re growing, we currently don’t hire in certain states (Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, D.C., Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and West Virginia). We are only hiring permanent U.S. residents at this time.
