About the Position:

We are hiring PRN (as-needed) Mobile Phlebotomists who have experience working in hospitals, clinics, or mobile settings and are interested in joining a rapidly growing startup. Candidates should be capable of working independently while maintaining high standards of care.

We’re looking for individuals who are friendly, empathetic, and truly care about patients. While we provide mobile phlebotomy services, we see ourselves primarily as a patient experience company. That’s why we believe our specialists are the key to our success—each patient interaction is a chance to create a meaningful and positive experience.

At Getlabs, you will:

– Travel to patients’ homes or offices, drive to appointments in your own vehicle, process specimens using a car-compatible centrifuge, and deliver samples to labs or service centers
– Follow precise procedures for collecting and processing blood samples
– Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
– Stay in regular contact with operations and patient experience teams during business hours
– As a PRN employee, report your availability every Friday for the upcoming week(s)
– Based on your availability, your supervisor will schedule you in advance or contact you for shifts as needed
– Be available at least three days per week between 5am and 1pm, Monday through Friday; you may work up to 29 hours per week, though hours are not guaranteed

What We’re Looking For:

– Certified phlebotomist from an accredited organization
– At least one year of phlebotomy experience (mobile experience preferred)
– Skilled in sample processing
– Certified by a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT
– Demonstrated excellence in customer service
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
– Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
– Bonus: Spanish fluency
