About the Role:
We’re hiring a Cyber Security Apprentice! As part of our DevSecOps (Development, Security, and Operations) team, you’ll report directly to a senior cybersecurity engineer and work from our Paris headquarters.
Contentsquare offers a SaaS platform and is committed to maintaining the highest security standards. We are ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certified and have implemented numerous security initiatives, including a SOC 2 Type 2 report, a private bug bounty program, employee security awareness training, and SIEM tools.
You’ll collaborate with cybersecurity professionals to help protect the integrity of our products and ensure the safety of our users and customers.
Start Date: Ideally September 2025 (flexibility possible)
Contract Type: 12-month Apprenticeship
Your Responsibilities:
– Support the DevSecOps team in automating, developing, and implementing security policies and procedures
– Monitor and follow up on vulnerability remediation and provide recommendations
– Assist in investigating security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents
– Participate in technical audits, including cloud, infrastructure, and penetration testing
– Share insights and findings with the team
– Promote security best practices and lead training sessions
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
– Currently pursuing at least a Bac +3/4 degree in IT, cybersecurity, or a related technical field
– Fluent in English; French is a plus
– Solid understanding of web protocols, security principles, common attack types, Linux/Unix systems, cloud infrastructure, and the threat landscape
– Experience with scripting (e.g., Shell, Python) through coursework or personal projects
– Familiarity with development tools like GitHub, Terraform, ArgoCD, or Ansible
– Basic knowledge of technologies we use: AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Google SecOps, Datadog ASM (WAF), NestJS, Vue.js, Angular
– Understanding of key cybersecurity concepts and practices, such as SSH, public key encryption, credential management, TLS, data encryption, and the OWASP Top 10
– Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
– Detail-oriented, curious, and strong in analytical and problem-solving skills
