Mom’s Meals, a top provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare industry, is experiencing rapid growth. The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in assisting customers with placing their meal orders. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while accurately and efficiently processing orders. As a mission-driven organization, we welcome you to join our team.

The starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with weekly pay, paid time off, and benefits available after 30 days of employment.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential overtime starting at 7:00 AM.

Position Responsibilities include:

– Managing incoming and outgoing calls to assist clients with meal orders
– Answering inquiries and delivering excellent customer service
– Entering order details into the appropriate system
– Recording all client interactions in the database
– Ensuring all assigned clients have active orders
– Communicating with case managers via phone, email, or fax for special client situations
– Working efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience

Required Qualifications:

– High school diploma or GED
– At least one year of customer service experience
– Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Strong verbal communication skills
– Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve issues calmly
– Demonstrated adherence to company policies and values

Preferred Qualifications:

– One year of call center experience
– Experience using auto dialers, multi-line phone systems, or CRM software
– Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
– Bilingual in English and Spanish

Physical Requirements:

– Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements
– Primarily sedentary work, with extended periods of sitting
– Visual abilities including peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
