Key Responsibilities
– Prospecting & Business Development: Identify and connect with potential dealership partners to grow our network and increase market share in auto finance.
– Dealer Support & Relationship Management: Provide top-tier support to current dealer partners, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
– Market Analysis: Perform detailed market research to identify trends and opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
– Brand Promotion: Enhance brand recognition through targeted outreach and clear communication.
Qualifications
– 3–7 years of experience in auto finance or dealership account management, ideally with a background in special finance.
– Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
– Skilled in analyzing market data and adjusting strategies to meet business goals.
– Excellent communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
– Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot; able to work both independently and collaboratively.
– Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and full insurance coverage.
– Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
– Must reside in or near the assigned territory.
– Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
