As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Wilmington location (1040 S College Road, Wilmington, NC 28403), you’ll be the face of Insomnia Cookies. You’ll interact with customers at the front of the store and also get to bake our amazing warm and delicious cookies!

As a Cookie Crew member, you’ll:
– Greet customers as they enter and take orders accurately
– Help guests understand the menu and answer questions
– Provide friendly service in person and over the phone
– Bake cookies and serve ice cream to perfection
– Package and send out warm, accurate delivery orders quickly
– Handle cash and payments with accuracy
– Clean and maintain the bakery

Preferred skills and experience:
– At least 6 months in a customer service role (preferred)
– Friendly, outgoing, and genuine personality
– Strong customer service skills and a desire to exceed expectations
– Good communication, organization, and math skills
– Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
– Must be 18 or older
– Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
– Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
