How You’ll Contribute:

Business Partner: Collaborate with teams across Marketing, CRM, Product, Engineering, and Finance to uncover insights that guide marketing strategies, growth initiatives, and customer segmentation. Support testing and performance measurement of digital marketing efforts, including A/B testing and incrementality studies.

Analytics Engineer: Create dashboards, reports, and automated data pipelines to deliver insights at scale. Work with finance and growth teams to develop marketing attribution models and lifetime value (LTV) analyses. Enhance centralized attribution and cost data (e.g., spend, registrations, ROI) and conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign performance and audience segmentation.

Martech Specialist: Work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to build data-driven workflows that ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting. Act as an expert on campaign tagging, pixel setup, data architecture, event taxonomy, and measurement tools. Evaluate and integrate new marketing technologies to boost efficiency and ROI.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have:

– 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or martech-focused roles
– Strong SQL skills and experience with tools like Excel, Looker, Tableau, or other BI platforms
– Experience with marketing tools such as Google Tag Manager, mobile measurement partners (MMPs), and Firebase
– Knowledge of marketing attribution models (e.g., multi-touch, first/last-click)
– Familiarity with scripting or statistical tools like Python or R is a plus
– A talent for storytelling and interpreting data in a marketing context

Salary Range: $69,000 – $83,000 annually

Final compensation will depend on factors such as job responsibilities, experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market conditions. This range reflects compensation for the Dallas, TX area and may be adjusted based on location if remote work is approved.
