Responsibilities:

– Manage and review assigned cases within established SLAs, providing guidance to relevant stakeholders on appropriate actions.
– Keep an up-to-date escalation log and ensure timely review and resolution of all escalated matters.
– Maintain a client off-boarding log and assist with the off-boarding process when necessary.
– Escalate cases with suspicious activity or those requiring further guidance to the team lead and relevant MLROs.
– Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the quality, consistency, and accuracy of SARs.
– Demonstrate proficiency in compliance tools such as Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic, Kodex, World-Check, Dow Jones, etc.
– Possess strong knowledge of local laws, regulations, and standards relevant to compliance, with familiarity in emerging virtual currency regulations being a significant advantage.
– Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT and other relevant topics.
– Perform general administrative and support tasks related to the above responsibilities as required by the company.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
– 3–5 years of experience in investigations, including SAR filing, or relevant audit/regulatory roles in financial institutions or fintech companies.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal guidance.
– Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and commitment to high-quality standards.
– Excellent communication, time management, analytical, and investigative skills.
