Designation: Oracle Business Systems Analyst III – India
Role: Oracle EBS Finance Business Analyst
Shift Schedule: The role requires working in one of three rotating shifts each month—early morning (starting at 5:00 AM), afternoon (starting at 1:00 PM), or night (starting at 9:00 PM). Each shift is 9 hours long, including a 1-hour break. Workdays may be Monday to Friday or Saturday to Wednesday.
Required Skills: 6–10 years of experience in Oracle General Ledger (GL), Oracle Payables (AP), and Oracle Receivables (AR). Experience in managed support is preferred.
Job Description:
This is a remote role providing functional support for Oracle EBS Finance.
Key Responsibilities:

– Provide support for Oracle EBS R12 modules including Payables, Receivables, and General Ledger, with 7–10 years of relevant experience.
– Handle support tickets in the internal ticketing system.
– Open and manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support or Rimini Street for clients.
– Collaborate with client contacts to resolve issues using industry best practices.
– Use My Oracle Support, internal knowledge bases, and personal experience to troubleshoot issues.
– Follow established technical and departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Mandatory Skills:
5–8 years of support experience in Oracle EBS R12, specifically in:
– Oracle General Ledger (GL)
– Oracle Payables (AP)
– Oracle Receivables (AR)
– Oracle Cash Management (CM)
– Oracle Fixed Assets (FA)

Preferred Skills:
– Oracle Project Accounting (Billing & Costing)
– Oracle Property Manager
– Oracle iExpense
– Oracle iReceivables
– Oracle Purchasing

Additional Requirements:
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
– Excellent team collaboration skills
– Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is a plus
