What You’ll Do

Are you passionate about helping others? Whether you’re answering questions, offering product guidance with empathy, or resolving issues with a positive attitude, you’ll help turn ordinary customer interactions into exceptional experiences.

On a typical day, you will:

– Use your knowledge and enthusiasm to suggest health plan upgrades
– Research and make outbound calls to answer questions about healthcare benefits, eligibility, and enrollment status
– Help members navigate their online health accounts and find provider and facility information

What You Bring

– At least 6 months of customer service experience
– Commitment to HIPAA privacy standards
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Basic computer skills
– High-speed internet (15 Mbps or higher)
– A USB headset is recommended (Bluetooth not supported)
– A smartphone or device running iOS or Android for daily login
