About the Position:
We’re hiring a part-time Mobile Phlebotomist to join our fast-growing startup. Ideal candidates will have experience in hospitals, clinics, or mobile settings and can work independently while maintaining high standards.

Part-time schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5 AM to 2 PM.

We’re looking for individuals who are friendly, empathetic, and genuinely care about patients. While we specialize in mobile phlebotomy, we prioritize delivering an exceptional patient experience. Our specialists are key to making that happen, and every patient interaction is a chance to provide outstanding care.

Responsibilities:

– Travel to patients’ homes or offices, transport samples to labs or service centers
– Perform blood draws and handle specimens safely and accurately
– Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
– Stay in close contact with operations and patient experience teams during work hours

Qualifications:

– Certified phlebotomist from an accredited organization
– At least one year of phlebotomy experience (mobile experience preferred)
– Skilled in specimen processing
– Certification from AMT, ASCP, or NCCT
– Strong customer service background
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
– Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
– Proof of first COVID-19 vaccine dose within 30 days of hire
– Bonus: Fluent in Spanish
