As a Cookie Crew member, your responsibilities will include:
– Greeting customers and taking orders
– Explaining menu items and confirming orders
– Providing friendly service in-store and over the phone
– Baking cookies and scooping ice cream
– Preparing and packaging delivery orders accurately and quickly
– Handling payments with accuracy
– Keeping the bakery clean and sanitized

Preferred skills and qualifications:
– At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
– Friendly, outgoing personality
– Strong customer service mindset and desire to exceed expectations
– Good communication, organization, and basic math skills
– Ability to lift boxes up to 40 lbs
– Must be 18 or older
– Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
– Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
