Your Role
As an Account Executive at Beyond Cloud Consulting, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences by aligning NetSuite solutions with client needs. By understanding the unique challenges of prospects and clients, you’ll help them achieve meaningful business outcomes. You’ll build strong relationships with customers and partners while staying up to date with NetSuite’s evolving technology.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop strategic business plans to meet set goals and quotas
– Oversee the full sales cycle from opportunity to deal closure
– Identify and convert new sales opportunities into long-term partnerships
– Provide technical and product expertise to support post-sales success
– Deliver professional after-sales service to boost customer loyalty
– Address customer concerns and resolve issues to uphold our reputation
– Negotiate deals and maintain accurate sales records in CRM
– Build and manage relationships with NetSuite AEs and other partners
– Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and generate Statements of Work (SOWs)
– Present SOWs to clients based on input from solution architects
– Achieve monthly and annual sales and recurring revenue targets
– Generate leads and pipeline opportunities beyond partner channels
– Travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
Qualifications:
– Degree in Business or Technical field, or equivalent experience
– 2+ years of Account Executive experience in the IT industry
– Confident in presenting SOWs and value propositions to C-level executives
– Strong understanding of sales, market research, and negotiation strategies
– Experience in Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, Financial Services, or Professional Services sectors
– Excellent client-facing and communication skills
– Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
– Experience with a NetSuite Channel Partner or within the NetSuite ecosystem is a plus
