Marcus & Millichap is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join the Retail and Net-Leased Team in their Downtown Denver office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in real estate, advanced proficiency in Excel and Argus, a solid understanding of financial statements, and a background in data analysis. Strong skills in Salesforce, database management, and both written and verbal communication are also essential. This full-time role offers hands-on experience in the brokerage industry, working closely with a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analyst Duties:

– Analyze single and multi-tenant retail properties
– Research and compile sales comparables
– Utilize Argus software
– Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator
– Interpret financial documents, including profit and loss statements
– Determine property pricing based on comparable sales
– Lead and manage research projects
– Use Placer.AI to analyze visitor data for properties
– Write detailed reports on retailers, investment highlights, and location summaries

Administrative Duties:

– Partner with lead agents to assess financial requirements
– Attend meetings with brokers and clients to present underwriting analysis
– Coordinate with the Director of Operations and Marketing Coordinator to develop marketing materials and support the closing process
– Provide general support to the team based on client needs

Required Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
– Proficiency in Salesforce
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills
– Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
– Excellent writing and editing abilities
– Highly organized and detail-focused
– Flexible and adaptable to new tasks and responsibilities

Compensation:

– Hourly pay range: $28.85 – $31.25, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors
