About the Role
This position will lead product development within a new team under our Flagship Group, focused on accelerating Luxury Presence’s evolution into an AI-first platform for real estate growth. The Flagship team manages the core technology behind our business — including our visually stunning websites and the foundational components of Presence, our platform that enables clients and internal teams to build websites, integrate CRMs, create compelling presentations for buyers and sellers, and more.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for strategy, roadmap, execution, and the launch of high-impact, complex projects — from new product offerings to enhancements of existing features. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment alongside a talented designer and a team of AI-savvy engineers to shape the core product used daily by our customers and internal teams — and see your work drive company-wide momentum.

What You’ll Do

– Own a roadmap focused on increasing customer value, improving quality, and reducing friction across the Presence platform
– Turn ambiguous challenges into clear plans with defined value, scope, milestones, and success metrics
– Conduct discovery with customers and internal teams to validate problems, test solutions, and reduce risk early
– Write clear product requirement documents, roadmaps, and decision-making materials to align stakeholders
– Prioritize work for iterative delivery and rapid learning
– Collaborate with Design and Engineering to deliver reliable, user-friendly, and delightful experiences
– Define and analyze success metrics to evaluate impact and guide future initiatives

What We’re Looking For

– 5+ years of product management experience, including 2–3 years leading large-scale 0→1 or major revamp projects
– A startup mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, skilled at identifying MVPs, and balancing speed with quality
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to build trust and alignment across teams
– Proven experience with technical products, including APIs and integrations
– A strong eye for quality — passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences and attention to detail
– Proficiency with AI tools — able to leverage them to amplify your impact

– Experience with B2B integration platforms
– Familiarity with real estate CRMs like FollowUp Boss
– Background in building AI-powered products, including agentic workflows, LLM selection, prompt engineering, and evaluation tools
– Knowledge of the real estate industry

Salary Range: $150,000 – $190,000 per year
