About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Visual Designer who combines creative storytelling with meticulous design skills. As an integral part of Sprinto’s brand and marketing team, you’ll take full ownership of visual design projects — creating powerful visuals that enhance our brand and clearly convey complex ideas.

In this position, you’ll contribute to campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, and brand systems — raising the bar for visual quality in a dynamic SaaS environment. You excel at balancing structure and creativity, transforming abstract concepts into engaging, brand-aligned visuals that support business growth.

Responsibilities

– Lead visual design projects from concept through execution across web, advertising, presentations, and social media.
– Develop and refine Sprinto’s visual identity to maintain brand consistency and creative impact.
– Work closely with marketing, product, content, and growth teams to turn complex ideas into clear, effective designs.
– Build scalable design systems, illustration assets, and templates to improve creative workflows.
– Experiment with new tools and techniques (including AI, motion graphics, and 3D) to enhance storytelling and innovation.
– Champion design quality, present your work with confidence, and mentor others by example.

Requirements

– Over 5 years of experience in visual, brand, or communication design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design craftsmanship and storytelling, ideally in B2B SaaS.
– Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with motion or 3D design is a plus.
– Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory, with the ability to adapt across various formats.
– Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
