We are seeking a motivated Renewal Sales Representative who excels in fast-paced sales environments. This role is key to meeting our client retention targets by managing transactional contract renewals with Bazaarvoice clients across North America. Ideal candidates are driven professionals with experience engaging SaaS clients, capable of handling high-volume renewals. You should be confident in client communication, skilled in negotiation, able to spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

– Manage renewal agreements in collaboration with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance teams.
– Handle basic contract negotiations to drive retention and maximize revenue opportunities.
– Communicate directly with client contacts and procurement teams.
– Understand and respond to customer needs and requirements.
– Address client concerns and requests related to their current Bazaarvoice services.
– Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
– Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly retention goals.

What We’re Looking For

– 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or other client-facing roles.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Self-motivated, goal-driven, entrepreneurial, and a strong team player.
– Highly organized with the ability to manage a full sales process in a fast-paced setting.
– Proven track record of success and a positive, winning mindset.
– Quick learner with a strong work ethic and initiative.
– Located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Compensation

€2,000 – €2,200 gross per month, plus commission.
