Position Summary:
As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you’ll be instrumental in improving our Salesforce platform by implementing low-complexity enhancements and fixing bugs. You’ll collaborate closely with Senior Developers and QA teams to ensure stable releases and high system performance, where your attention to detail will be key to delivering quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

– Implement Enhancements and Fixes: Carry out low-complexity updates and resolve bugs to enhance functionality and user experience.
– Maintain Salesforce: Update workflows, validation rules, and reports to meet business needs and ensure system efficiency.
– Team Collaboration: Work with Senior Developers and QA teams to integrate changes smoothly and ensure reliable system updates.
– Support Testing and Change Management: Assist in testing and managing changes to validate improvements and maintain quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

– 2–4 years of experience in Salesforce configuration or development.
– Practical knowledge of Salesforce Flows, APIs, and Lightning App Builder.
– Strong understanding of change management and testing processes to ensure quality outcomes.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

– Experience with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce.
– Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
