We’re looking for a passionate, self-starting, and entrepreneurial Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional to help grow our successful practice, deliver exceptional OCM services, and exceed client expectations. As an OCM Consultant, your mission is to guide clients in implementing change strategies that support users, managers, and organizations in embracing Microsoft technologies—both new and existing—so they can work more effectively and achieve greater outcomes.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the OCM Practice Manager and a team of OCM experts, learning strategists, technical professionals, and project managers.
– Lead OCM activities such as vision discovery, kickoffs, change scope analysis, interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
– Develop and implement new service offerings related to Microsoft Copilot.
– Create change strategies, including communication and training plans, and build champion networks.
– Share knowledge through blogs, workshops, and training sessions.
– Educate stakeholders and end-users to ensure a smooth and confident transition.
– Track and measure the success of change initiatives.
– Adapt strategies and tactics to meet specific needs.
– Design and execute change management plans using proven methodologies.
– Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior consultants.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to align change efforts with project goals.
– Stay current with emerging technologies and develop new OCM tools and materials.
Required Skills:
– 5+ years of experience in change management or user adoption roles.
– Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 tools like Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, including best practices and common use cases.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills; design and creativity skills are a plus.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
– Experience in user research and post-implementation analysis.
– Skilled in problem-solving and process improvement.
– Able to guide customers in making informed decisions about Microsoft 365 features and capabilities.
– Proven success in OCM projects involving Microsoft 365.
– Experience with GCC High migrations, Copilot deployment, and Power Platform is a plus.
– Comfortable engaging with C-suite executives, end-users, and IT professionals, with a focus on collaboration, governance, productivity, and employee engagement.
– Strong track record of understanding client business needs and culture.
– Experience working with enterprise clients to envision, plan, and implement OCM programs.
– Known for delivering results with a positive attitude.
– Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts well to different cultures.
– Experience with CoPilot agent implementation is a plus.
– PROSCI or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification is a plus.
– Solid foundation in OCM methodology, including communication, training, measurement, and champion community development.
