We are looking for a Data Analyst with a focus on Business Intelligence to join our team and develop a centralized KPI monitoring solution. The challenge involves consolidating structured and semi-structured data sources into a single management dashboard using Power BI. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in data integration and the ability to create impactful visualizations that support decision-making at various organizational levels.

Responsibilities:

– Design and implement a unified Power BI dashboard to consolidate strategic and operational KPIs
– Develop ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources
– Create optimized data models that link business and operational metrics
– Build intuitive and interactive visualizations to support performance analysis
– Automate data updates to ensure reliability and availability of information
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific KPI monitoring needs
– Document the solution architecture and processes for future maintenance

Requirements:

– Proven experience developing dashboards in Power BI
– Advanced knowledge of data manipulation using SQL and DAX
– Experience integrating multiple data sources in corporate environments
– Familiarity with Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, etc.)
– Experience with Databricks for data processing and modeling
– Ability to efficiently model data for performance analysis
– Skill in translating business requirements into technical solutions
– Understanding of KPIs and performance metrics across organizational levels
– Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and business teams

Differentials:

– Experience with Power Query and M Language
– Knowledge of Python for data manipulation and preparation
– Familiarity with Databricks workflows and Spark SQL
– Experience with Delta Lake architecture and data lakehouse concepts
– Knowledge of agile methodologies and collaborative work
– Previous experience in KPI consolidation projects
– Understanding of data governance and BI best practices
