🚀 About the Role
As a Customer Success Strategy Intern, you’ll join our Customer Success Strategy & Operations team to help complete key projects and uncover insights about our enterprise clients. Throughout the internship, you’ll contribute to improving our CS operations, collaborate closely with the team, and gain a deeper understanding of the SaaS business model.

🔧 Responsibilities

– Analyze customer usage data and purchasing trends
– Create and present findings to stakeholders
– Review open-ended customer feedback to identify key takeaways
– Assist in building reports and dashboards for team use
– Work with the team to support customer satisfaction and retention
– Conduct audits of systems and documents to identify patterns

💡 Requirements

– Strong communication and people skills
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Basic understanding of digital and web analytics
– Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Google Sheets and Slides
– Quick learner with a desire to make an impact
– Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
– Currently a junior or senior in a bachelor’s program, or a recent graduate
