Who we’re seeking

We’re in search of a confident and articulate Video Host who feels just as at ease in front of the camera as they do working with a script. You’ll be the face of our video content — welcoming new users, breaking down complex topics in an accessible way, and establishing trust from the very first moment. This role isn’t about star power — it’s about clarity, authenticity, and a relatable presence that resonates with professional audiences. We want someone who treats the camera like a real customer.

Key responsibilities

– Present product videos (such as walkthroughs, explainers, and in-depth feature overviews) with clarity, warmth, and credibility.
– Write and refine video scripts — from opening lines to closing calls-to-action — while maintaining our brand voice and prioritizing clarity.
– Work closely with product teams to turn features into compelling stories with clear structure.
– Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, landing pages, and content across YouTube, social media, and onboarding experiences.
– Propose new video formats and concepts that align with how today’s users learn about, evaluate, and purchase software.
– Keep up with trends in B2B video communication and regularly compare our content to industry leaders in SaaS, tech, and direct-to-consumer media.

Must-haves

– Native or near-native English fluency with impeccable pronunciation, tone, and grammar — your delivery should feel effortless and professional.
– Proven experience as an on-camera presenter (in formats like YouTube, broadcast, corporate, or educational content).
– Strong scriptwriting abilities — you can simplify complex topics without oversimplifying.
– Basic knowledge of video production (including framing, lighting, and teleprompter use) and a willingness to film remotely or in hybrid setups.
– Comfortable with live recordings and able to improvise within a structured script.
– A genuine interest in software, customer service, and business growth — you don’t need to be an expert yet, but you should be eager to learn.

Nice-to-haves

– Experience working with B2B SaaS or technology products.
– A background in journalism, acting, education, or content marketing.
– Familiarity with SEO, YouTube analytics, and video performance tracking.
