Working closely with both the Talent Team and the Operations Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our operations teams, starting with those who interact with our customers every day: the Energy Specialists.

Operations are at the core of our customer experience. This includes roles like Energy Specialists, who support thousands of families every day with empathy, speed, and expertise, managing every aspect of the customer relationship.

The Talent Team works to ensure that every new hire brings real value to the team, collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to build strong, cohesive teams that align with our culture.

What You’ll Do

– Serve as the main point of contact for recruitment within the Operations area
– Work directly with the Talent Team and Operations Managers to quickly identify hiring needs and ensure the right people are brought in at the right time
– Handle the initial screening of candidates, reviewing CVs and conducting first-round cultural interviews. You’ll also coordinate the next stages of interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
– Help organize events and initiatives aimed at attracting top talent locally
– Continuously improve our hiring processes by implementing innovative ideas and practical solutions
– Ensure every candidate has a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process

What You’ll Need

– A strong ability to read people and identify potential beyond just the CV
– A dynamic, empathetic, and approachable personality with a natural inclination to support others
– Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently and accurately
– Clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, and great attention to detail
– A problem-solving mindset and a drive to offer practical solutions
– Experience in candidate screening or recruitment
– English proficiency is a plus
