IT Service Desk Administrator

The Position:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Service Desk Administrator to provide high-quality technical support across the company. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently addressing and resolving IT-related issues and inquiries. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to various IT projects within the organization. This is an excellent chance to join a well-established team in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Ensure the smooth and reliable operation of MT4 and MT5 trading platforms
– Install, configure, and replace computer hardware, operating systems, trading platforms, and applications
– Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues as needed
– Install and troubleshoot Windows-based systems
– Work with Microsoft, GSuite, and cloud-based technologies
– Assist in managing Windows operating systems and the Azure Portal
– Conduct regular system and software audits and address any issues found
– Manage the company’s ticketing system, respond to staff requests within the agreed SLA, and log all helpdesk interactions
– Monitor systems using appropriate monitoring tools
– Provide IT support, guidance, and training to staff
– Coordinate with external partners to resolve technical issues

Key Requirements:

– A university degree in Information Technology or a related field
– Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
– Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
– Proactive, well-organized, and efficient
– Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and working independently
– Able to deliver prompt, courteous, and effective support to all staff
– Familiarity with Windows 10/2012/2016 (knowledge of MacOS is a plus but not essential)
