Arabic-Speaking Partner Relations Manager

The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Partner Relations Manager to build and nurture strong partnerships. This position focuses on developing strategies to expand and optimize partnerships that support the company’s product development and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and execute partner retention strategies aligned with the company’s goals to boost loyalty and long-term value
– Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, offering tailored support and building lasting relationships
– Track partner satisfaction, collect feedback, and use insights to enhance partner experience and refine initiatives
– Analyze partner behavior to identify upselling opportunities and customize offerings
– Stay informed about company products and promotions, and relay this information effectively to partners
– Share suggestions for platform enhancements with the Business Development team
– Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to improve partner retention strategies
– Perform other relevant duties as needed

Main Requirements:

– Degree in a business-related discipline
– Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
– Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
– Proven ability to establish and sustain strong business relationships
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Goal-driven and proactive
– Capable of working independently and under pressure
– Willingness to travel internationally if required
– Must hold a valid work permit
