Job Title: Sales Team Leader
Requirements and Expectations:
Candidates with backgrounds in Direct Sales, B2B, Telecom, FMCG, Fintech, or Device Sales are preferred.
Experience: 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in sales, distribution, or business development.
Education: Graduate or MBA
Reporting Structure: This position reports to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and will lead a team of 10–20 field executives.
Key Skills and Competencies for Success:
1. Expand distribution and increase market share within the designated operational area.
2. Ensure product visibility through widespread deployment and sales of QR codes and Sound Boxes.
3. Recruit and build a sales team aligned with business goals.
4. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities; quick to learn and apply new concepts.
5. Strategically plan market coverage, team span, and geographic allocation for field sales executives.
6. Communicate plans and targets effectively to minimize gaps between expectations and results.
7. Monitor quality standards as defined by management.
8. Conduct audits and validate team acquisitions and sales.
9. Ensure team presence in the field where sales and product usage occur.
