About the Role
Welo Data is a global leader in AI and digital experience localization. We’re currently hiring an Italian Language Expert Rater to join our Ads Rating Program—one of the largest in the world. This remote position, based in Italy, offers the chance to work with a team of analysts, data scientists, and expert raters on high-impact projects for major tech companies.

We’re especially interested in candidates seeking long-term, full-time roles, but experienced freelancers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
– Evaluate and review digital advertisements in Italian, ensuring they meet quality standards
– Help establish and maintain rating guidelines to support AI model training
– Solve complex language-related tasks in line with provided instructions
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance digital user experiences

Who We’re Looking For
– Background or interest in AI training, linguistics, translation, or data analysis
– Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and clear communication
– Passion for language, culture, and digital content trends
– Detail-oriented with a strong interest in technology and internet culture

Requirements
– Native-level fluency in Italian (Italy) and excellent English proficiency
– Must reside in Italy
– Proficient computer skills and reliable internet access
– Familiarity with online search engines and content platforms
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
– Willing to sign NDAs and standard agreements
