As a Bike Courier, you’re our on‑the‑ground representative and the main face customers see outside the bakery, bringing cookie magic directly to our fans wherever they may be.

What you’ll do as a Delivery Courier:
• Review orders for accuracy and quality before leaving the store
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream promptly and safely
• Provide excellent customer service through professional, positive interactions in person or over the phone
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app according to company guidelines and provide accurate updates to customers

Desired skills and experience:
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with the area within one mile of the store is helpful
• A reliable, owned bicycle
• A smartphone with a data plan
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
