We are looking for enthusiastic, bilingual Customer Service Specialists to join our Call Center Operations team in full‑time, remote roles. As the voice of HONK, our Specialists interact with customers daily, thinking quickly and responding effectively in any situation. This is a lively, fast‑moving environment where top performers are both acknowledged and rewarded.
HONK operates 24/7, and multiple full‑time shifts are available.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding support by managing inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Gain a strong understanding of the company’s mission, processes, and growth opportunities, and communicate this information clearly to customers.
• Use HONK’s proprietary tools to connect members with service providers across the country.
• Help customers place and complete orders, ensuring each service is carried out smoothly.
• Identify customer needs, build rapport, and offer personalized solutions for immediate assistance.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and ensuring timely service delivery.
• Use creative problem‑solving to address customer issues and provide exceptional experiences.
Required Experience
• Experience resolving customer issues over the phone.
• Ability to quickly, calmly, and professionally engage customers, understand their concerns, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Capacity to manage very high call volumes while staying composed under pressure.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a consultative approach to helping customers.
• Fluency in English and French.
Additional Requirements
• A private, distraction‑free workspace where confidential information can be handled securely.
• A reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps down and 2.5 Mbps up.
• Previous remote work experience and home‑office equipment are preferred.
Pay: $16–$20 per hour.
