ABOUT THE ROLE:

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist players with payment and purchase issues through email, live chat, and other channels.
• Provide support in English, ensuring players and partners feel understood and valued.
• Work with game developers and internal teams to resolve problems and maintain smooth player experiences.
• Manage multilingual inquiries, quickly identifying and troubleshooting issues.
• Monitor system performance and escalate technical problems when needed.
• Collaborate with your team, give timely updates on cases, and ensure player needs are met.

REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others.
• Willingness to work a 2×2 schedule, including night shifts.
• Ability to multitask and process large amounts of information efficiently.
• Skill in explaining complex ideas in a simple, clear way.
• Open to fresh graduates with a strong attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• A proactive team player who can develop creative solutions for users.

$800–$1,000 per month
