The Retail Sales Associate delivers excellent customer service and completes assigned tasks, including cashiering, merchandising on the sales floor, restocking, receiving, and supporting e‑commerce fulfillment.

Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate company values through all actions, communication, and decisions.
• Help maintain store standards by stocking, merchandising, supporting e‑commerce operations, keeping the store clean, and completing operational tasks or projects.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.
• Sales Floor:
– Consistently provide a positive customer experience using established sales and service programs.
– Explain and sign customers up for BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
– Use product knowledge and training to recommend items.
– Offer solutions such as substitutions or special orders when needed.
• E‑commerce:
– Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
– Maintain accuracy in all order fulfillment tasks.
– Keep the warehouse clean and organized.

Requirements:
• Communication: Share information clearly and concisely, ensuring others understand, while also listening effectively to incoming messages.
• Driving Results: Inspire others to meet and exceed goals by defining responsibilities, setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and giving timely, relevant feedback.
• Process Management: Contribute to improving company workflows by taking a structured, efficient, and adaptable approach.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work cooperatively with others, prioritizing shared goals and supporting each person’s contribution for the best possible outcomes.

Education & Experience:
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Retail, e‑commerce, or warehouse experience is preferred.

Pay:
• Gopuff/BevMo! bases compensation on local market conditions, which can vary by location. Pay in U.S. markets is determined using a geographic cost‑of‑labor index.
• City of Industry, CA: $16.50 per hour.
• Actual starting pay depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market factors. Pay ranges may change, and candidates can contact the assigned recruiter for more details.
