This is a remote, home-based role that can be performed from anywhere in Hungary.

Please note that this position follows US working hours, from 15:00 to 23:00 CET, Monday through Friday.

As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor for new Everbridge clients, guiding them through a smooth onboarding experience and ensuring they successfully adopt our products. You will act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, applying your technical expertise and communication skills to drive client satisfaction from the start.

What you’ll do:
• Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring a polished, seamless experience.
• Configure and customize Everbridge’s SaaS solutions based on client requirements.
• Provide live product training and support, helping clients feel confident using our tools.
• Partner with internal teams to improve and adapt implementation processes, particularly for new offerings.
• Record all communications and project updates in Salesforce.
• Proactively share best practices and advise clients on optimizing their product usage.
• Translate client business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Advocate for clients internally and ensure a smooth transition to Customer Support after implementation.
• Occasionally offer after-hours support during major critical events, such as natural disasters.
• Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and contribute to ongoing product and service improvements.

What you’ll bring:
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a background in crisis management, healthcare, risk intelligence, the public sector, energy, or higher education is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience configuring web-based applications and interpreting user requirements is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management principles and managing multiple client engagements.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong self‑management, organizational skills, and initiative.
• A client-focused mindset with a proactive, adaptable approach.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
