About the HR Operations Team:
HR Ops keeps our core people processes running smoothly. We improve efficiency across internal teams and our operating model by automating manual work and connecting people, processes, and technology. Our priority is introducing and standardizing tools that help employees self‑serve while driving operational excellence across HR.
This is a technical role within our enabling functions team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Operations, you’ll work within the broader People Operations team and collaborate closely with HR Information Systems and Security to enhance the employee experience through systems and process innovation.
In this role, you will:
• Design, test, and roll out HR automations and tooling improvements using platforms like Workato, JIRA, and Workday.
• Support HR Operations by maintaining accurate, efficient workflows for key HR processes such as onboarding, job changes, and data management.
• Identify process gaps and recommend automation opportunities that boost efficiency and support scalable, long-term operational excellence.
• Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and training materials to drive adoption of automation across HR and the People team.
• Manage and enhance critical automated processes and jobs running on automation platforms.
• Mentor teammates in technical skills and stay current with emerging technologies, including AI, to strengthen the team’s technical capabilities.
What You Bring:
• Experience studying Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong technical skills in API use, automation frameworks, and cross‑system architecture.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a history of building strong cross‑team partnerships.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, using data to guide decisions.
• Comfort working independently and with ambiguity, with a commitment to high‑quality work and continuous improvement.
