POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Croatian Fitness Localization Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of fitness and health concepts, exercises, equipment, and wellness practices, along with outstanding language skills. This role involves accurately and engagingly translating and localizing fitness and health content to meet the needs of our audience. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all content is culturally appropriate and contextually aligned.

Key Responsibilities
• Translate and localize fitness and health content to ensure cultural fit and contextual accuracy.
• Adapt materials to reflect linguistic and cultural nuances while keeping the original tone and message intact.
• Review and edit translations for clarity, consistency, and overall quality.
• Maintain adherence to industry-specific terminology and style guidelines.
• Stay informed about trends, terminology, and innovations in fitness and health.
• Offer expertise and insights on fitness and health-related topics.
• Conduct research to support content development and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Sports Science, Fitness Management, Journalism, Health, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of linguistic principles.
• Native-level proficiency in Croatian.
• Experience creating, translating, and localizing wellness, exercise, and nutrition content.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Skill in explaining complex health concepts clearly and accurately.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to ensure all content is culturally appropriate and resonates with diverse audiences.
• Commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle through engaging and accurate language.

Compensation: $22–$25 per hour
