What You’ll Do:
• Handle incoming calls and customer service requests
• Manage supplier calls, which make up about 60 percent of the volume, by doing basic troubleshooting, triage, and educating suppliers about the support chat channel
• Support direct customer calls, which make up the remaining 40 percent and are typically technical; confirm the product area and route calls to the appropriate technical support engineers
• Identify and evaluate customer needs to help drive their success
• Respond to inquiries related to Sourcing Events
• Complete low‑severity customer tasks
• Collaborate closely with the broader Support team
• Assist periodically with supplier chat inquiries
• Participate in additional projects when needed
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus
• Receive four hours per week for technical skill development to prepare for advancement to a technical support engineer role within one to two years, depending on training progress

What You Will Bring:
• At least one year of hands‑on customer service experience
• Strong phone and written communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Calmness and patience in challenging situations
• Strong time management, teamwork, and organizational abilities
• Interest and aptitude for growing into a more technical role, supported by a technical degree or related experience
• Knowledge of procurement is a plus
