We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Nevada who are passionate about patient care and committed to delivering exceptional clinical services.

We offer therapists a competitive, productivity‑based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential, a salary range of $76,000 to $101,000, W2 employment, a sign‑on bonus, comprehensive benefits, a 401K with a 4% match, part‑time and full‑time opportunities, CEUs, paid parental leave, and provided malpractice insurance.

Our locations throughout the region help simplify commuting, and our thoughtfully designed offices create a welcoming environment. Schedules run Monday through Friday, with optional weekend work. We offer flexible scheduling to support work‑life balance and a hybrid model with both in‑person and remote options.

Therapists play a vital role on our clinical team. We are seeking providers who are fully licensed in Nevada as LMHCs, LMFTs, or LCSWs/LICSWs, and who have experience working with adults, children, or adolescents in individual or couples therapy.
